Working On My Fitness: Monday Motivation.

Ugh. Mondays. Sometimes it's just SO HARD to get up and workout. I have to get up at 5:15am if I want to work out before I go to work. And getting up early is not exactly easy. Sometimes, I even set it earlier, just so I can hit snooze. I know that's not good for your health, but sometimes... mind over matter. I know there's days when we are just not having it, so here's a little moti for you and for me via Pinterest to kick butt in your workouts this week.
